It involves phytoremediation using Miscanthus giganteus<\/em>, Sida hermaphrodita<\/em>, and Alyssum spp<\/em>., bioremediation with selected microorganisms, and the use of zeolites as heavy metal sorbents. Laboratory tests will evaluate pollutant removal efficiency.
