For the year 2021, each PhD student has 500 PLN available on an individual disposition from the Doctoral School budget, as well as those which he will receive in a competition [link: competition for PhD students].<\/p>\n

Basic rules for spending:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. No money may be spent before you contact and get along with the Office of the Doctoral School.<\/li>\n
  2. Funds may be designed for scientific and artistic activities (in the case of artistic disciplines) as well as self-development. The expenses catalog is open and includes financing scientific publications (magazines and books), purchase of funds necessary for conducting research, domestic and foreign scientific conferences, symposia, queries, and training.<\/li>\n
  3. Each expense should be approved by the supervisor and Dean of the Doctoral School before it starts on a form appropriate to the funds spent (see below) and in the absence of this form (so-called shopping at a free rate) on the application.<\/li>\n
  4. The operating unit is the office of the Doctoral School.<\/li>\n
  5. PhD student is required to settle the funds after completing the task, following the university’s regulations.<\/li>\n
  6. Besides, her of his reports all spent funds from this year until October 5th.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
