We would like to inform you that on the website https:\/\/just.fesl.us.edu.pl\/<\/a> there are announcements of competitions for foreign mobilities and scientific conferences for doctoral students as part of the “jUSt transition” program. We encourage you to read the announcements and fill out the applications.<\/p>\n Recruitment<\/strong>:<\/p>\n Deadline for submitting applications<\/strong>: July 9, 2024 (in paper form, at the project office – Rector’s Office, room 2.7)<\/u> What is to do<\/strong>:<\/p>\n – the PhD student<\/strong> fills in the application documents attached in the announcement in paper form (documents are in Polish, due to project regulations – if you have trouble with filling it our, please come to the Doctoral School)<\/p>\n – the PhD student<\/strong> fills in the electronic form – substantive attachment – then prints the generated PDF received by email from SRW and attaches the printout to the other documents<\/p>\n – the supervisor<\/strong> fills in the electronic form – supervisor’s opinion – then sends the generated PDF received by email from SRW to the PhD student – the PhD student attaches the printout to the other documents<\/p>\n – the PhD student <\/strong>collects all documents in paper form<\/p>\n – at the Doctoral School office (room 409, Ms. Magdalena Winiarska) the PhD student<\/strong> receives confirmation of the PhD student status on Appendix No. 3 and the number of trips already completed on Appendix No. 11<\/p>\n – the PhD student<\/strong> submits all documents to the project office, Rector’s Office, room 2.7<\/p>\n Information on documents is provided by the project office (contact on the given page https:\/\/just.fesl.us.edu.pl\/<\/a>). Information about online forms and travel planning is provided by the Doctoral School office (szkola.doktorska@us.edu.pl<\/a>).<\/p>\n Planned next recruitments<\/strong><\/p>\n 1. 6.5 Co-financing of research costs conducted by doctoral students at the Doctoral School of the University of Silesia – the first recruitment of applications in the competition will last until 30.08.2024 and will cover activities in the period 20.09.2024 – 30.06.2025.<\/p>\n 2. 6.9 Support for the publication activities of PhD students of the Doctoral School of the University of Silesia and the International Environmental Doctoral School at the Centre for Polar Studies – Article Processing Charges\/Open Access costs – The first call for applications in the competition will last until 14.10.2024 and will cover activities in the period 08.11.2024 – 30.06.2025<\/p>\n 3. 6.10 Support for the publication activities of PhD students of the Doctoral School of the University of Silesia and the International Environmental Doctoral School at the Centre for Polar Studies – proofreading costs – The first call for applications in the competition will last until 14.10.2024 and will cover activities in the period 08.11.2024 – 30.06.2025<\/p>\n 4.
