- Written opinion of the scientific employee of the University of Silesia in Katowice who performs the role of a scientific advisor of the candidate with the consent for being the doctoral student\u2019s supervisor or auxiliary supervisor; the opinion should refer to the candidate\u2019s former performance and their suitability for academic work.
