Enrolment of candidates admitted to the Doctoral School will take place between 15 July 2026 and 17 July 2026<\/strong> during the following hours:<\/p>\n Enrolment must be completed in person or by a person authorised in writing to act on the candidate’s behalf (the written authorisation will remain in the candidate’s file; notarisation is not required) at the Doctoral School, Bankowa 14, Room 406B, 40-007 Katowice, Poland.<\/p>\n International candidates should complete their enrolment in Room 406.<\/p>\n International candidates who, for organisational reasons (e.g. visa-related issues), are unable to come to the Doctoral School shortly after the admissions process should contact Ms Diana Pasek at the Doctoral School Office (diana.pasek@us.edu.pl<\/strong><\/a>).<\/p>\n Candidates who have not yet uploaded their photograph to the IRK system or provided their ORCID ID<\/strong> must do so immediately. Enrolment cannot be completed without this information.<\/p>\n Candidates should submit their documents in a plain white A4 document folder with strings (without any patterns or designs). The folder should be labelled in accordance with the instructions provided in Appendix No. 1 (annex 1 description of the dokument folder<\/a><\/strong>).<\/p>\n The folder should contain:<\/p>\n A signed Declaration of Familiarity with the Regulations on the Protection, Use and Management of Intellectual Property Results at the University of Silesia in Katowice and the Rules for Their Commercialisation (Annex to Regulation No 5<\/a>).<\/p>\n Please note: leave the student record number blank\u2014it will be completed later.
