Individual classes (tutoring, seminars) are arranged individually, however, stationary classes must be submitted to the address: <a href=\"mailto:szkola.doktorska@us.edu.pl\">szkola.doktorska@us.edu.pl<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt\"><strong>Administrative activity of the Doctoral School<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt\">The Doctoral School Office works on-line, one person is on duty\u00a0 with the door closed. All matters that require direct contact should be discussed early with via e-mail or MS Teams. Because of working remotely, telephone contact may be difficult.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt\"><strong>The division of duties and working hours (phone calls and stationary duty hours) can be found on the website: <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/us.edu.pl\/szkola-doktorska\/en\/biuro-szkoly-doktorskiej\/\">https:\/\/us.edu.pl\/szkola-doktorska\/en\/biuro-szkoly-doktorskiej\/<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt\"><strong>Deans and Coordinators are working on-line<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt\">The duty schedule can be found at <a href=\"https:\/\/us.edu.pl\/szkola-doktorska\/en\/86-2\/\">https:\/\/us.edu.pl\/szkola-doktorska\/en\/86-2\/<\/a>. Applications and other documents should be sent by e-mail to appropriate persons, including the address: szkola.doktorska@us.edu.pl.
