The Dean of the Doctoral School informs about the opening of the competition for financing scientific, artistic and development activities from the budget of the Doctoral School – only for scientific conferences in January and February 2024.<\/p>\n

On October 27th, 2023, the competition committee appointed by the Dean of the Doctoral School determined the distribution of funds in the competition. Data:<\/p>\n Based on the assessments of the committee members and after analyzing the costs presented in the applications, the committee decided to finance 54 proposals, some in full and some in part. \n77 applications were received within the set deadline, including 7 applications not sent correctly or sent twice and 6 applications rejected at the stage of formal evaluation (due to exceeding the total amount applied for PLN 5,000 or the amount set for a given category of costs or due to the fact, that the doctoral student hasn’t accounted for the funds awarded in previous competitions).
\nThe committee evaluated 63 applications. In the course of the assessment, the commission decided to reject 9 applications for substantive reasons.<\/p>\n\n

\n148 applications were received within the set deadline, including 29 applications not sent correctly or sent twice and 8 applications rejected at the stage of formal evaluation (due to exceeding the total amount applied for PLN 5,000 or the amount set for a given category of costs).
\nThe committee evaluated 109 applications. In the course of the assessment, the commission decided to reject 24 applications for substantive reasons, including 3 due to a low substantive level, 18 due to a low assessment of the project’s desirability and 11 due to the impossibility of implementing the project (some applications were questioned in several categories).<\/p>\n\n

In the course of the assessment, the commission decided to reject 20 applications for substantive reasons, including 4 due to a low substantive level, 11 due to a low assessment of the project’s desirability and 15 due to the impossibility of implementing the project (some applications were questioned in several categories).<\/p>\n\n
