Announcement of recruitment for two scholarship programs for academic year 2024\/2025 in the project \u201eInternational from the beginning \u2013 wsparcie umi\u0119dzynarodowienia\u201d, financed by the National Agency for Academic Exchange in the STER Program<\/h3>\r\n \r\n \r\n The manager of the project “International from the beginning \u2013 wsparcie umi\u0119dzynarodowienia” informs about the announcement of two scholarship programs for the academic year 2024\/2025:<\/p>\n\n- Increase in the doctoral scholarship for foreign doctoral students (9 scholarships).<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
PhD students who have citizenship other than Polish or who have completed second-cycle studies carried out entirely abroad can apply for the scholarship.<\/p>\n
The scholarship is addressed to doctoral students who are in their second year of education in the academic year 2024\/2025.<\/p>\n

\n- a doctorate pursued in the co-tutelle model within the framework of an individual contract or cooperation between the University of Silesia and another university;<\/li>\n
- a doctorate pursued in cooperation with another foreign university under a program or agreement;<\/li>\n
- having a supervisor employed at a foreign university;<\/li>\n
- pursuing a doctorate in the framework of international cooperation (e.g. a grant pursued jointly with foreign researchers)The scholarship is addressed to doctoral students who are in their second year of education in the academic year 2024\/2025.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

The intern provides the necessary data to prepare the agreement:<\/p>\n\n- name and surname<\/li>\n
- PESEL\/passport number<\/li>\n
- address of residence (in Poland)<\/li>\n
- period of the internship (first and last day of mobility).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
The intern receives funds in the form of a lump sum to cover the costs of travel and accommodation and organizes the trip on his\/her own hand. The internship participant is obliged to collect financial documentation from the trip (travel tickets, accommodation costs) and present it upon request of the university. In the standard settlement, these documents are not required. \r\n

\n- sends a short press release about the internship, preferably with authorized photos, which can be placed on the university website<\/li>\n
