Prof. \u017dyd\u017ei\u016bnait\u0117 jest Dyrektorem Instytutu Pedagogiki na Uniwersytecie w Kownie.<\/p>\n<p>Jej zainteresowania badawcze mieszcz\u0105 si\u0119 w zakresie: przyw\u00f3dztwa i zarz\u0105dzania kszta\u0142ceniem, szkolnictwa wy\u017cszego, to\u017csamo\u015bci zawodowej, warto\u015bci zawodowych, metodologii bada\u0144 jako\u015bciowych, powi\u0105zanie kompetencji politycznych z rol\u0105 nauczyciela jako lidera.<\/p>\n<p>W trakcie swojej wizyty profesor Vilma \u017dyd\u017ei\u016bnait\u0117 b\u0119dzie prowadzi\u0107 zaj\u0119cia z metodyki bada\u0144 naukowych dla doktorant\u00f3w i dla student\u00f3w pedagogiki. Ponadto zrealizuje kurs dla doktorant\u00f3w dotycz\u0105cy przyw\u00f3dztwa w nauce (Leadership in science) a tak\u017ce wyg\u0142osi wyk\u0142ad pod tytu\u0142em &#8222;Integrative phenomenology&#8221;, po kt\u00f3rym poprowadzi otwarte seminarium.<\/p>\n<p>Celem wizyty jest tak\u017ce pog\u0142\u0119bienie wsp\u00f3\u0142pracy w zakresie kszta\u0142cenia doktorant\u00f3w i student\u00f3w pedagogiki mi\u0119dzy Uniwersytetem \u015al\u0105skim w Katowicach a Uniwersytetem Witolda Wielkiego w Kownie.
