TO A CONFERENCE IN BARCELONA
ABOUT
„The future in full colour” was the theme of one of the largest initiatives addressing the internationalisation of higher education. The 32nd edition of the conference and exhibition entitled ‘EAIE European Association for International Education’ took place in Barcelona from 13 to 16 September 2022. Attending were, among others, delegates from the University of Silesia and representatives of universities affiliated with the Transform4Europe alliance. The event was an excellent opportunity to forge new relationships, listen to a series of lectures on the challenges in internationalising higher education, and work out new partnership agreements. EAIE (European Association for International Education) was founded in 1989 and now consists of more than 3,000 members — it is at the forefront of the world’s largest non-governmental organisations working in higher education. EAIE Conference and Exhibition is held in a different European country each year.
