{"id":2511,"date":"2023-07-18T09:31:32","date_gmt":"2023-07-18T07:31:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/us.edu.pl\/t4e\/?p=2511"},"modified":"2023-07-28T10:19:04","modified_gmt":"2023-07-28T08:19:04","slug":"t4eu-stakeholder-challenge","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/us.edu.pl\/t4e\/en\/t4eu-stakeholder-challenge\/","title":{"rendered":"T4EU Stakeholder Challenge"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_row][vc_column width=&#8221;2\/3&#8243;]\r\n                <div class=\"text-modules\">\r\n                    <div class=\"container\">\r\n                        \r\n                        <div class=\"text-modules__content\"><p>Students and academic staff from the T4EU Alliance Universities are encouraged to join the second Stakeholder Challenge of this year: an opportunity to set up a scheduler able to handle various activities related to routine and extraordinary maintenance of Aster Coop\u2019s facilities (warehouses), equipment \/ machineries.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Apply from July 11 to July 25,<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>2023:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/web.units.it\/page\/forms\/it\/content\/t4eu-stakeholder-challenge-2023-0\">https:\/\/web.units.it\/page\/forms\/it\/content\/t4eu-stakeholder-challenge-2023-0<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Participants will work online in groups for three days,\u00a0<strong>from July 31 to August 2<\/strong>, on the development of a software. What is asked by the Stakeholder, an Italian company specialized in the management of integrated logistics services, is the creation of a tool which can assist in managing all the activities related to both ordinary and extraordinary maintenance.<\/p>\n<p>The scheduler will have to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>generate alerts as the deadline of maintenance activities approaches;<\/li>\n<li>generate a new maintenance expiration date when the activity is accomplished;<\/li>\n<li>should have the possibility to upload reports and images of the maintenance performed by the operator;<\/li>\n<li>must be able to store the history of all the maintenance activities;<\/li>\n<li>must be able to have a \u201cticketing system\u201d for reporting anomalies and extraordinary damages. The operator who identifies a contingency requiring intervention (breakdown, breakage, alarm, etc.) \u201copens a ticket\u201d within the scheduler reporting that it is required to intervene on a facility or machinery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In addition, some other suggestions are requested:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>possibility to graphically see, through the help of different colours, the status of activities (e.g., red expired, green performed and closed, yellow expiring, etc.);<\/li>\n<li>possibility of extracting reports (e.g., on the ticketing system\u2019s processing times);<\/li>\n<li>possibility to adapt the scheduler to different business functions (e.g., contract deadlines, training deadlines, medical examination deadlines for operators \u2026)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Winners will be awarded \u20ac500.00.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>How does the Stakeholder Challenge work?<\/p>\n<p>Once the call for applications is closed, international teams will be created and from July 31 to August 2, they will work to find a solution to the challenge launched by the Stakeholder.
