The conference takes place on 9 and 10 April 2025. This year\u2019s conference marks a significant evolution as it brings academic and non-academic staff together, aiming to foster a more profound synergy between these groups. The conference\u2019s themes revolve around: digital learning technologies, innovative teaching methods, adaptive skills, lifelong learning competencies and the development of a quality culture.<\/p>\n<p>The conference will feature employees of the University of Silesia in Katowice:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mariola Su\u0142kowska-Janowska, PhD, Assoc. Prof; Magdalena B\u0105k, PhD, DLitt, Assoc. Prof. (\u2018Students\u2019 voice and choice. New formats of individualized education\u2019)<\/li>\n<li>Jacek Francikowski, PhD (\u2018Digital tools for creating learning materials\u2019)<\/li>\n<li>Magdalena Christ, PhD (\u2018Creativity, communication, and cooperation as a base for effective teamwork\u2019)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The conference will feature two award ceremonies as well: the T4EU Non-Academic Staff Award and the T4EU
