Transform4Europe invites researchers from the University of Silesia to apply for a Visiting professorship stay at one of the T4EU partner universities as part of the second call for the Transform4Europe Chair Programme.<\/p>\n
The aim of the T4EU Chair Programme is to further strengthen and disseminate the implemented model of exchange of academic teachers between the universities of the consortium, as well as to deepen the cooperation of research staff of the alliance universities.
\nThe T4EU Chair programme is based on a competition process in which staff submit their entries by referring to the different priority areas of the Alliance:<\/p>\n

- Societal transformation, community building and inclusion<\/li>\n
- Digital transformation and smart regions<\/li>\n
- Environmental transformation and sustainability<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Applications are submitted to the host university, where they are assessed in terms of compliance with the technical requirements and detailed substantive criteria specified in the call. As part of the exchange, classes and additional activities are planned, determined by each host university. Classes should be based on innovative teaching methods, which is to contribute to introducing diversity and flexibility into educational processes and to initiate cooperation in scientific disciplines that are of common interest to the sending and hosting institutions, as well as the Alliance as a whole.<\/p>\n
A stay at a partner university can be financed, among others, under the Erasmus+ KA131HED programme, as a teaching visit (Erasmus+ Staff Mobility for Teaching). In order to obtain funding from the Erasmus+ KA131HED programme, it will be necessary to take the qualification for staff mobility under this programme, based on the rules of qualification and implementation of this type of mobility at the University of Silesia in Katowice and in compliance with the application deadlines.<\/p>\n
Notification of a mobility in the framework of the Transform4Europe Chair action does not guarantee awarding Erasmus+ funding KA131HED. The maximum duration of a teaching stay mobility financed by Erasmus+ KA131HED is 7 days. Full information and application deadlines for the academic year 2025\/2026 will be published on the website: erasmus.us.edu.pl\/wyjazdy-pracownikow<\/a>\u00a0after the announcement of the results of the Erasmus+ KA131HED 2025 competition by the National Agency of the Erasmus+ Programme. Teaching mobilities under Chair T4EU will be carried out in accordance with the rules of recruitment for the Erasmus+ KA131HED funds at the University of Silesia. The realisation will be possible only following the announcement of results under Erasmus+ KA131HED call, i.e. in the academic year 2025\/2026 at the earliest.<\/p>\n
