The Academy planned for 20-24 April has been postponed to 19-23 October 2026, due to insufficient number of registrations.<\/span><\/b><\/b>
\nThe registration will be relaunched in April\/May.<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

The University of Silesia in Katowice invites applications for the\u00a0Transform4Europe Summer School \u201cCooperating on Sustainable Future: from natural sciences to science diplomacy\u201d, delivered as an\u00a0Erasmus Blended Intensive Programme\u00a0(BIP). The on-site part will take place\u00a0in Katowice on\u00a020\u201324 April 2026, preceded by a mandatory online component on\u00a017 April 2026.<\/span><\/p>\n

The programme is open to\u00a0PhD candidates and early-career researchers from natural and technical sciences (STEM), as well as from social sciences and humanities related to sustainable development, international scientific cooperation, and science diplomacy. Relevant fields include, among others, political science, international relations, European studies, sociology, economics and management, international and European law, media and communication studies, science and technology studies (STS), public policy, ethics and philosophy of science, and cultural studies.<\/span><\/p>\n

Applicants are requested to submit an abstract of up to 350 words<\/span>, including a description of the research problem, its scientific relevance, the represented discipline, and institutional affiliation. Participants will be selected through a competitive review process.<\/span><\/p>\n
