\u201cBeyond Barriers: the Role of Social Sciences in Building Accessibility\u201d\u00a0organized by the\u00a0Doctoral School at the University of Silesia in Katowice\u00a0will take place on\u00a08\u201312 June 2026.<\/p>\n<p>Who can participate?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Master\u2019s and PhD students from across Europe in the fields of social sciences and humanities who are interested in interdisciplinary research, social challenges, and international academic collaboration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The event has an interdisciplinary character and focuses on accessibility as a key challenge for contemporary societies, including access to education, public space, digital technologies, social participation, and cultural resources.<\/p>\n<p>The programme offers a rich and engaging academic experience, combining lectures, interactive workshops, seminars, participant presentations, and collaborative group work.<\/p>\n<p>Detailed information about the event, programme, and application rel=\"noopener\">us.edu.pl\/szkola-doktorska\/ster\/seasonal-schools\/beyond-barriers<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The Seasonal School 2026 is organised within the framework of the Blended Intensive Programme (Erasmus+) and the project \u201cInternational from the beginning \u2013 support of internationalization\u201d under NAWA STER programme, supporting international academic mobility and the development of research competences among early-career researchers.<\/p>\n<p>Participation in the event is free of charge.<\/p>\n<p>Participants from European universities may also receive\u00a0Erasmus+ BIP funding to support their travel and subsistence costs and will have the opportunity to obtain ECTS credits and a certificate of participation.<\/p>\n<p>Registration is open until 9 March 2026 via the <a href=\"https:\/\/formularze.us.edu.pl\/form\/index\/7002\">application form<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The number of places is limited.<\/p>\n<\/div>\r\n                    <\/div>\r\n
