{"id":6635,"date":"2026-07-29T09:27:20","date_gmt":"2026-07-29T07:27:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/us.edu.pl\/t4e\/?p=6635"},"modified":"2026-07-29T14:23:27","modified_gmt":"2026-07-29T12:23:27","slug":"tydzien-kreatywnosci-t4eu-2026-konferencja-doktorska","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/us.edu.pl\/t4e\/en\/tydzien-kreatywnosci-t4eu-2026-konferencja-doktorska\/","title":{"rendered":"T4EU Creativity Week 2026 \u2013 PhD Conference"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_row][vc_column width=&#8221;2\/3&#8243;]\r\n                <div class=\"text-modules\">\r\n                    <div class=\"container\">\r\n                        \r\n                        <div class=\"text-modules__content\"><p><strong>EVENT II &#8211; PhD Conference <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Theme:<em> Thinking Creativity: An International PhD Conference in Philosophy <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Location and date: Braga, Portugal | 12\u201314 October 2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Organiser: Faculty of Philosophy and Social Sciences (Braga Campus) from Universidade Cat\u00f3lica Portuguesa, in collaboration with institutional, societal, academic, corporate and GLAM partners.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Universidade Cat\u00f3lica Portuguesa (UCP) invites applications for <strong>T4EU Creativity Week 2026<\/strong>, which will embrace two major events: <strong>T4EU Summer School<\/strong>, realised as a<strong> <em>Blended Intensive Programme<\/em>\u00a0(BIP)<\/strong>, bringing together virtual and in-person learning activities as well as an <strong>International PhD Conference in Philosophy. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The programme also includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Matchmaking Event \u2013 Together We Create the Future<\/li>\n<li>Transformational Lab (T-Lab) \u2013 Transforming the World through Creativity<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Summer School and PhD Conference participants will automatically participate in all three activities as part of the integrated Creativity Week programme.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How can creativity help us respond to the challenges of the twenty-first century? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Artificial Intelligence, climate change, geopolitical tensions and rapid technological transformation are reshaping society and raising fundamental questions about what it means to create, innovate and act as human beings.<\/p>\n<p>The T4EU Creativity Week brings together students, researchers and academics from across Europe to explore creativity as a driver of innovation, sustainability and social transformation. Through keynote lectures, workshops, challenge-based learning and collaborative projects, participants will engage in interdisciplinary dialogue across philosophy, the arts, science and technology.<\/p>\n<p><strong>EVENT II \u2013 PhD Conference<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Conference Objectives <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The conference aims to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>provide an international forum for presenting and discussing ongoing doctoral research;<\/li>\n<li>foster interdisciplinary dialogue on creativity from philosophical and related perspectives;<\/li>\n<li>strengthen collaboration among researchers across the Transform4Europe Alliance;<\/li>\n<li>support the development of academic presentation, discussion and networking skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Applications are open to: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>PhD students<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Applicants must: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>be affiliated with a T4EU member or partner university;<\/li>\n<li>belong to one of the eligible participant categories;<\/li>\n<li>demonstrate good communication skills in English (minimum B2 recommended);<\/li>\n<li>submit all required application documents by the deadline. Applicants wishing to present a paper must additionally submit an abstract in accordance with the Call for Papers below.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Recruitment: <\/strong>The participants will be selected based on the assessment of applications. Submission of a paper proposal is entirely optional and is not a requirement for participation in the conference.<\/p>\n<p>Travel and accommodation costs of the selected participants will be covered by Transform4Europe project. Accommodation of students in single\/double\/triple rooms will be funded from project resources. Plane and\/or railway tickets will be purchased by the university.
