Learn to think and act like a start-up and discover how to turn an idea into a viable business project in just 54 hours. Take part in the Stakeholder Challenge<\/strong> during Techstars Startup Weekend<\/strong> and immerse yourself in the world of entrepreneurship.<\/p>\n

Over three intensive days, you\u2019ll work with experienced mentors, investors and innovators, gaining practical skills, valuable contacts and the knowledge to help you develop your own ideas more quickly. This could be the first step on the path to setting up your own business.<\/p>\n

Techstars Startup Weekend<\/strong> is a space where creativity meets entrepreneurship, and where ideas, thanks to collaboration and mentoring, are given the chance to develop into reality.<\/p>\n

The event will take place at Saarland University in Saarbr\u00fccken from 13 November 2026 to 15 November 2026.<\/p>\n

Event programme:<\/p>\n

Day 1 \u2013 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. \u2013 Introductions, presentation of ideas, followed by team-building activities<\/em><\/p>\n

Day 2 \u2013 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. \u2013 Development of an MVP with guidance from mentors in the start-up scene<\/em><\/p>\n

Day 3 \u2013 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. \u2013 Finalisation of the project, closing pitch, networking and party<\/em><\/p>\n

Terms and conditions set out by the organiser<\/p>\n

By registering for the event, you accept that the ideas presented by participants form part of an open collaboration and exchange of experiences, which are an integral part of the event programme.<\/em><\/p>\n

If you wish to keep your project confidential, you may present only a general outline of it, without disclosing key information.<\/em><\/p>\n

As a member of the Startup Weekend community, you commit to openness, professionalism and respect for others and their ideas. You are also responsible for your actions during the event and undertake to make appropriate use of the facilities and the venue where the workshops are held.<\/em><\/p>\n

Participation in the event also implies acceptance of the fact that the organisers, the local Startup Weekend team, partners and sponsors shall not be held liable for any losses, damage, injuries or other unforeseen incidents arising from participation in the event.<\/em><\/p>\n

By taking part in Techstars Startup Weekend, you consent to photographs and video recordings being taken during the event and to their use by the organisers in promotional and informational materials.<\/em><\/p>\n

This enables us to promote future editions of Startup Weekend and to develop the start-up community worldwide.<\/em><\/p>\n

Who is it for?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Bachelor\u2019s, Master\u2019s, and PhD students interested in entrepreneurship.<\/p>\n

To take part in the event, you must complete the application form.<\/a><\/p>\n

Important information<\/strong><\/p>\n

Priority will be given to those who have not yet taken part in mobility programmes to partner universities as part of the Transform4Europe (T4EU) alliance initiatives.<\/p>\n
