The initiative\u2019s goal is to show how to handle contacts with an employer in the business sector and an opportunity to get an insight into the work organisation process in companies.<\/p>\n Job Fair<\/p>\n An opportunity to learn about companies from various economic sectors and fields. A way to develop the basics of entrepreneurship and shape an open mind.<\/p>\n Training and workshop<\/p>\n The Career Office carries out:<\/p>\n \u2013 workshops and training sessions developing soft skills such as self-presentation, stress and time management, personal branding (during an academic year),<\/p>\n \u2013 workshops and training sessions referring to the topic of setting up and running one\u2019s own business (often conducted by experts from the National Employment Office),<\/p>\n \u2013 training sessions on using new technologies in running a business (Agile, Prince, Excel, Design Thinking).<\/p>\n During the summer holidays, we organise the Career Development Academy, a series of training sessions dedicated to professional and self-development. The sessions are carried out by external entities once a week. They concern efficient communication, negotiations, leadership, and time management.
