Make sure to complete the payment by 1 May<\/strong> to ensure your registration is processed.<\/p>\nThe regular conference fee covers all lunches, coffee breaks, the conference dinner, and other conference materials and afternoon activities. Please note that the conference fee does not cover accommodation and excursion costs<\/strong>.<\/p>\nWe would also like to clarify that the online participants will only be able to view those of the panels that include virtual presentations \u2013 the rest of the conference will not be held in hybrid format, with the exception of the keynote presentations, which will be streamed live on the CBNS Facebook page.<\/p>\n
Please note that, following University regulations, direct bank transfer is the only payment method that can be accepted<\/strong>. In the e-mail please include the necessary data (institution name, address and VAT number) of the institution to which the invoice should be issued.
