Jeremy Cornelius is a PhD candidate in English at Louisiana State University and a clinical researcher in obstetrics and gynecology at Northwestern University. His research focuses on medical theories and early modern texts. He is currently completing his dissertation, “Animality and Contagion in Early Modern Poetry”
