Political Science, 1st cycle studies, 2nd cycle studies<\/h3> Language of instruction: Polish<\/h3>\r\n \r\n \r\n Political science<\/b> is a degree programme offered at the Faculty of Social Sciences of the University of Silesia at the <\/span>1st and 2nd cycle<\/b>, both <\/span>full-time<\/b> and <\/span>part-time<\/b>. Political science is strongly associated with <\/span>sociology<\/b>, <\/span>psychology<\/b> and <\/span>law<\/b>, and the focus is put on <\/span>politics<\/b>. These studies prepare students to understand political phenomena and processes occurring on a local, state, regional and global scale. They shape the ability to analyse and evaluate relations and dependencies between the functioning of political institutions, as well as local, regional and international organisations, states, societies and human individuals. During your studies at Political Science, you will gain knowledge on the functioning of the sphere of politics, media and international relations.
