The research is co-financed by, among others, the National Science Centre, the National Centre for Research and Development, the Ministry of Science and Higher Education and the Foundation for Polish Science, as part of prestigious projects, such as Maestro, Sonata, Opus, and Tango. Young researchers are laureates of the Prelude and Start scholarship competitions. The acquired funds allow not only to employ the most talented young scientists, but also to equip laboratories with the state-of-the-art instruments to ensure the possibility of conducting world-class research. Effectiveness, quality and recognition of research are reflected in numerous citations of studies published by the Institute’s employees in the most prestigious international journals.<\/p>\n
