Probably nobody has any doubts that mobility programs are a great opportunity for development, learning, broadening horizons and adventure.<\/p>\n

My trip to Aarhus University in Denmark took place in September 2021, during the COVID19 pandemic. However, if the travelers are vaccinated, they don\u2019t have to undergo tests or stay in quarantine while going to a country that has agreed with Poland on the rules of movement of people due to restrictions introduced during the epidemic. There are quite a few such countries, and Denmark is also among them. My journey was smooth, I didn\u2019t encounter any problems. On 10 September, 2021, the restrictions were lifted in Denmark, so we didn\u2019t have to wear masks and we could use all public places freely.<\/p>\n

Aarhus is a charming Baltic town with a little over 300,000 residents, while Aarhus University is the second oldest university in Denmark. The main methods of working with students at this university are: case-based learning, team-based learning and blended learning. This means that students rarely attend traditional lectures, and very often solve practical problems by working in groups.<\/p>\n

University buildings are located in picturesque places, for example near the seaport. Students commute to the university mainly by bicycle. The amount of bicycles in front of the university makes an amazing impression. If you want to meet Vikings, the best place will be the Moesgaard Museum, which is co-run by the Aarhus University Institute of Archeology. There is a wonderful library in the main building of the university – there is even a mini forest planted in the middle. Additionally, there are places for students to relax with massage chairs on the ground floor of the building.<\/p>\n

I had the opportunity to observe the enormous commitment and independence of students while solving problems related to the navy and shipbuilding. I think that such a trip to a foreign university can bring many benefits to everyone.<\/p>\n<\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>[\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column]
