Prof. will carry out the project entitled &#8220;The role of the synthesis method and cooling conditions in shaping the defect distribution and dielectric properties of Ba(Zr\u2080.\u2082Ti\u2080.\u2088)O\u2083.&#8221; The project has received funding of PLN 44,000.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jolanta Makowska, PhD, Assoc. Prof.<\/strong> is a researcher at the Institute of Materials Engineering. She is a member of a research team investigating the functional properties of liquid crystal materials, perovskite and perovskite-like ceramic materials. She also supervises the Micro-Mechatronics Student Research Club and the Rockwell Automation Industrial Automation Laboratory.<\/p>\n<p>The project aims to investigate how the synthesis method and cooling rate affect the defect structure and dielectric properties of lead-free BZT ceramics.
