Opracowa\u0142 now\u0105 metod\u0119 nieinwazyjnego obrazowania wn\u0119trza cz\u0142owieka, dzia\u0142aj\u0105c\u0105 w oparciu o detektory plastikowe oraz obrazowanie in-vivo w\u0142a\u015bciwo\u015bci pozytonium w \u017cywych organizmach, otwieraj\u0105c nowe mo\u017cliwo\u015bci diagnozowania nowotwor\u00f3w.<\/p>\n<p><small><em>wi\u0119cej na stronie: <a href=\"https:\/\/koza.if.uj.edu.pl\/staff\/pmoskal\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/koza.if.uj.edu.pl\/staff\/pmoskal<\/a><\/em><\/small><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #002e5a;\">First positronium imaging of the human brain using a multi-photon J-PET scanner<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>The Jagiellonian Positron Emission Tomograph (J-PET) is the first multi-photon PET scanner capable of measuring momentum vectors and polarization of photons originating from the decays of positronium.<\/p>\n<p>J-PET enables imaging of positronium properties in living organisms, the study of matter-antimatter symmetries in positronium decays, and studies of the degree of quantum entanglement of photons from electron-positron annihilations.<\/p>\n<p>We will present the first-ever images of the properties of positronium in humans <small>[1,2,3]<\/small>, the first multi-photon images from decays of positronium atoms into three photons <small>[4,5]<\/small>, and the first observation of non-maximal entanglement of photons from positronium annihilation in matter <small>[6]<\/small>.<\/p>\n<p>We will also discuss the status of development of (i) positronium and (ii) degree of quantum entanglement as possible diagnostic biomarkers.<\/p>\n<p>[1] P.
