For four days, Wisła became a place of exceptional meetings, inspiring lectures, and scientific discussions. The conference was opened by the Vice-Rector for Finance, Professor Michał Daszykowski, We had the opportunity to listen to world-class experts in the broad field of crystallography, as well as a truly inspiring lecture by Professor J. Georg Bednorz – Nobel Prize Laureate in Physics (1987).

More than one hundred participants presented dozens of fascinating studies in the form of lectures and posters, while young researchers had the chance to showcase their achievements in a special competition session. The award for the best presentation in the young scientists’ session went to Julia Zając, MSc Eng. (University of Silesia). Poster presentation awards were granted to: Wiktor Bednarczyk, PhD Eng. (AGH University of Science and Technology, Kraków), Radosław Strzałka, PhD Eng. (AGH University of Science and Technology, Kraków) and Łukasz Maj, PhD Eng. (Aleksander Krupkowski Institute of Metallurgy and Materials Science, Polish Academy of Sciences).

Congratulations on these excellent presentations!

[/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/3″][vc_single_image image=”201177″ img_size=”large” add_caption=”yes” alignment=”center” style=”vc_box_rounded”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_separator color=”sandy_brown”]
The conference also offered plenty of opportunities to network, exchange experiences, and engage in discussions that, we believe, will inspire new ideas and collaborations. We warmly thank all our Partners – PikInstruments, Labsoft, Jeol, Testchem, Uni-Export, Tescan, Ato by 3DLab, Helpi, and Scanmat – for their presence and support.

Special thanks go to Paweł Świec, PhD Eng., whose invaluable organizational efforts were essential to the success of the XXV Conference on Applied Crystallography.

We are also deeply grateful to the Organizing Committee of the XXV Conference on Applied Crystallography – Assoc. Prof. Grzegorz Dercz, PhD (University of Silesia), Assoc. Prof. Maciej Zubko, PhD (University of Silesia), and Izabela Matuła, PhD Eng. – for their tremendous work and professionalism in preparing the event.

Our heartfelt appreciation goes to Professor Danuta Stróż for her priceless contribution to creating the unique atmosphere of the conference. We also thank everyone who was involved in the organization – your kindness, support, and readiness to act at every stage made the XXV Conference on Applied Crystallography run smoothly and in such a special spirit.

The conference was not only a place to present research but also a space for inspiring conversations, the exchange of experiences, and the building of new connections. Thanks to all of you, the atmosphere of CAC 2025 was truly exceptional and unforgettable!

[/vc_column][/vc_row]

[vc_row][vc_column width=”2/3″][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/3″][vc_single_image image=”201177″ img_size=”large” add_caption=”yes” alignment=”center” style=”vc_box_rounded”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_separator color=”sandy_brown”][/vc_column][/vc_row] […]
