The program offers a <strong>unique opportunity to explore how different legal systems address similar issues through collaborative, comparative analysis<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">The course is organized alternately at participating T4EU partner universities (including USAAR and US) and is primarily aimed at <strong>law students<\/strong>, who finished at least second year of studies. Participants are expected to have a <strong>basic level of English proficiency<\/strong>, as all activities are conducted in English within an international academic environment.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">At the core of the program are <strong>three carefully selected case studies<\/strong> representing key areas of law:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">civil law<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">administrative\/constitutional law<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">criminal law<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Students work in small, internationally mixed groups (approximately three &#8211; four participants from each partner institution). Supported by mentors\u2014senior students or early-stage PhD candidates\u2014they <strong>analyze how each case would be resolved in their respective legal systems<\/strong>.
