The program offers a unique opportunity to explore how different legal systems address similar issues through collaborative, comparative analysis.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">The course is organized alternately at participating T4EU partner universities (including USAAR and US) and is primarily aimed at law students, who finished at least second year of studies. Participants are expected to have a basic level of English proficiency, as all activities are conducted in English within an international academic environment.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">At the core of the program are three carefully selected case studies representing key areas of law:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">civil law<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">administrative\/constitutional law<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">criminal law<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Students work in small, internationally mixed groups (approximately three &#8211; four participants from each partner institution). Supported by mentors\u2014senior students or early-stage PhD candidates\u2014they analyze how each case would be resolved in their respective legal systems.
