                 <div class=\"container\">\r\n                        \r\n                        <div class=\"text-modules__content\"><p>Employees of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Silesia are working at full speed \u2013 this time they participated in two international conferences held in Slovakia!<\/p>\n<p>The first one, organized by the Pavol Jozef \u0160af\u00e1rik University in Ko\u0161ice, entitled \u201cPr\u00e1vo, obchod, ekonomika\/ Law, business, economics 2025\u201d, took place in \u0160trbsk\u00e9 Pleso on <b>October 22-24, 2025<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>During the conference, presentations were given by the following members of the <b>Economic and Commercial Law Team<\/b>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Vice Dean of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Silesia for Scientific Research, Prof. Piotr Pinior,<\/li>\n<li>Wojciech Wyrzykowski, PhD,<\/li>\n<li>Mateusz \u017baba, PhD,<\/li>\n<li>Dominik Mizerski, PhD,<\/li>\n<li>and Patryk Leks, MA.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In addition, presentations were also given by representatives of the Faculty:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Katarzyna Pokryszka, PhD, DLitt<\/li>\n<li>Iwona Gredka Ligarska, PhD.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The second conference was organized on November 13-14, 2025, by Matej Bel University in Bansk\u00e1 Bystrica, entitled \u201cThe Castle Days of Law in Banska Bystrica.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>During the event, members of the team once again presented their papers:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Deputy Dean for Research and Director of the Institute of Law, Prof. Piotr Pinior,<\/li>\n<li>Mateusz \u017baba, PhD,<\/li>\n<li>Dominik Mizerski, PhD,<\/li>\n<li>Patryk Leks, MA.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Representatives of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Silesia also spoke at the conference:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Deputy Dean for Education and Students, Urszula Torbus, PhD,<\/li>\n<li>Aleksandra Wentkowska, PhD, DLitt,<\/li>\n<li>Danuta Kurzyna-Chmiel, PhD,
