Bernadett Solymosi-Szekeres<\/strong><\/span> from the University of Miskolc will speak on these topics.<\/p>\n<p>Bernadett Solymosi-Szekeres is an associate professor in the Department of Agricultural and Labor Law at the Faculty of Law, University of Miskolc, Hungary. She conducts research in the field of <strong>social law and labor law, with a growing focus on equality, health, and human rights in the workplace<\/strong>. She also analyzes national and international theoretical and practical issues related to <strong>evolving labor law<\/strong>, such as the challenges of flexibility in labor relations, new forms of work, the role of social partners, the impact of AI, and other topics frequently discussed in academic circles.<\/p>\n<p>She is the author of the <strong>first monograph in Eastern Europe on menstrual leave<\/strong> and has published numerous international works in various languages (Japanese, French, German, English, and Spanish), including articles indexed in SCOPUS (Q1, Q3, Q4).<\/p>\n<p>She also lectures, supervises Hungarian and African PhD students, and works with BA and MA students in research labs and on thesis preparation.
