\r\n A new monograph, Public Procurement and Contract Law. Exploring Intersections, Defining Boundaries<\/i>, has been published, focusing on the relationship between public procurement law and contract law.<\/p>\n

The volume is co-edited by Micha\u0142 Kania, PhD, DLitt<\/strong><\/span> from our Faculty, who prepared the publication together with Marta Andhov, PhD<\/strong> and Sylvie C\u00e9cile Cavaleri, PhD<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The book analyzes, among other things, the performance of public contracts, contract amendments, the obligations of the parties, arbitration, digitization, and sustainable development<\/strong>, highlighting the boundaries between public procurement law and the traditional mechanisms of contract law.<\/p>\n

The publication is international in scope, combining the EU perspective with the experiences of various countries<\/strong>, and has been made available free of charge via open access on the Bloomsbury Collections platform: https:\/\/www.bloomsbury.com\/us\/public-procurement-and-contract-law-9781509989454\/<\/span><\/strong><\/a> \r\n
