We are pleased to announce that Tomasz Miros\u0142awski, LL.M.<\/b> has successfully defended his doctoral dissertation titled \u201cForms of Monitoring in the Workplace in the Visegrad Countries. Comparative Legal Research\u201d<\/em>. The defense took place on October 5, 2026, as part of the international doctoral school De\u00e1k Ferenc Doctoral School of Law at the University of Miskolc<\/b>.<\/p>\n

The dissertation was prepared under the supervision of Micha\u0142 Bara\u0144ski, PhD<\/strong>. The doctoral committee included, among others, Prof. Greg Strban<\/strong> (Vice President of the International Association of Labor and Social Security Law), while one of the thesis reviewers was Prof. Krzysztof Stefa\u0144ski<\/b>\u00a0from the University of \u0141\u00f3d\u017a, who serves as Director of the Department of Labor Law at the Ministry of Family, Labor, and Social Policy.<\/p>\n
