Liczba miejsc na kursie ograniczona: 12 os\u00f3b!<\/strong><\/p>\n Temat wyk\u0142ad\u00f3w: The concept and sources of Spanish Commercial Law and the entrepreneur from a juridical perspective<\/p>\n Mr. I\u00f1aki Zurutuza Arigita graduated in Law from the Public University of Navarre (UPNA) and finished his degree at the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow (Scotland). Afterwards, and thanks to his academic record, Mr. Zurutuza got a PhD in Mercantile Law from UPNA, having undertaking in relation with it several research stays at the Max-Planck-Institute in Hamburg (Germany). Since 2006 Mr. Zurutuza has been lecturing at the Faculty of Legal Sciences of UPNA in Commercial Law and he is currently Associate Professor (\u201cProfesor Titular\u201d) there and part of its Private Law research team, participating in a number of projects. Besides, since 2009 Mr. Zurutuza is the International Relations Coordinator for Law in UPNA and since<\/p>\n 2016 Mr. Zurutuza is the Academic Secretary of the Faculty of Juridical Sciences in UPNA.<\/p>\n It can be emphasized that initially Mr. Zurutuza was granted by UPNA for carrying out his Thesis (Predoctoral Research Grant of UPNA given mainly due to his academic results in his Degree) and several research stays in the development of his subsequent academic career (Max Planck Institut of Hamburg, School of Economics and Political<\/p>\n Science of London, Centre de Documentation et de Recherches Europ\u00e9enes (CDRE) – Universit\u00e9 de Pau et des Pays de l\u2019Adour, Faculdade de Direito Universidade de Coimbra, and Universit\u00e0 di Bologna).<\/p>\n In addition to this, since 2008 Mr. Zurutuza is Permanent Contributor to the Maritime Transport Section of the Spanish Transport Law Journal. Since 2009 Mr. Zurutuza is the International Relations Coordinator for Law in UPNA.
