Pedagogy – Resocialization with Intercultural Education

Student może realizować ścieżkę edukacyjną specjalności resocjalizacja z edukacją międzykulturową na studiach stacjonarnych w języku angielskim (w odrębnie zorganizowanej grupy edukacyjnej, gdy liczba kandydatów spełniających wymagane kryteria będzie nie mniejsza niż liczba wymaganych w procesie rekrutacji kandydatów, by utworzyć grupę na specjalności).

Absolwent posiada pogłębioną wiedzę z zakresu teorii i metodyki pracy resocjalizacyjnej i socjoterapii  z dziećmi, młodzieżą, a także z dorosłymi; zna pojęcia, metody i zasady procesu diagnozowania resocjalizacyjnego, psychopedagogicznego dzieci i innych grup potrzebujących wsparcia; w tym diagnozy społecznej i środowiskowej ukierunkowanej na społeczności wielokulturowe. Absolwent ma uporządkowaną i pogłębioną wiedzę, a także umiejętności z zakresu metodyki resocjalizacji, szczególnie twórczej resocjalizacji, metodyki socjoterapii; metodyki pracy w środowisku otwartym i jednostkach izolacyjnych, metodyki pracy i edukacji w środowiskach zróżnicowanych kulturowo, a także posiada wiedzę i umiejętności właściwych działań profilaktycznych, opartych na technikach poznawania rzeczywistości pedagogicznej i społecznej. Jest świadomy problemów w pracy wychowawców i funkcjonowania placówek resocjalizujących, edukacyjnych, opiekuńczo-wychowawczych i terapeutycznych, a co najważniejsze zna potrzeby i problemy osób wymagających resocjalizacji, opieki i pomocy w różnych zakresach. Potrafi samodzielnie rozpoznawać potrzeby osób należących do różnych kręgów etnicznych, narodowych, wyznaniowych; ma także zdolności do współpracy w relacjach międzyludzkich.

A student may pursue the educational path of the specialization in resocialization with intercultural education in full-time second-cycle degree studies in English (in a separately organized educational group, when the number of candidates meeting the required criteria is not less than the number of candidates required in the recruitment process to create a group of specialties).

The graduate has in-depth knowledge of the theory and methodology of resocialization work and sociotherapy with children, adolescents and adults; knows the concepts, methods and principles of the resocialization and psycho-pedagogical diagnosis process of children and other groups in need of support; including social and environmental diagnosis focused on multicultural communities. The graduate has organized and deepened knowledge, as well as skills in the field of resocialization methodology, especially creative resocialization, methodology of sociotherapy; methodology of work in an open environment and isolation units, methodology of work and education in culturally diverse environments, and also has the knowledge and skills of appropriate preventive actions, based on the techniques of learning about pedagogical and social reality. The graduate is aware of the problems in the work of educators and the functioning of resocialization, educational, care and educational and therapeutic facilities, and most importantly knows the needs and problems of people who require resocialization, care and assistance in various areas. They can independently recognize the needs of people belonging to different ethnic, national and religious circles; they also have the ability to cooperate in interpersonal relations.
