The Käte Hamburger Centre for Cultural Practices of Reparation (CURE) at Saarland University announces a call for research fellowships for a period of up to 12 months. The Centre, funded by the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF), focuses on research related to cultural practices of reparation and reconciliation.
Fellows who join the Centre will have the opportunity to actively participate in research projects, colloquia, conferences, and working groups organized by CURE. Additionally, they will be able to contribute to academic publications and organize their own events, such as conferences or workshops. The fellowship program also offers opportunities for collaboration with academic partners within the Transform4Europe initiative.
The Centre is located at the unique site of Völklinger Hütte, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The deadline for applications is January 2, 2025.
