We have passed the halfway point of the T4EU events in Katowice and Cieszyn!
The third day saw numerous meetings. Representatives of the Student Council met with the Youth Council for the European City of Science Katowice 2024 to discuss the possibility of joint activities. On the other hand, representatives of the individual work packages presented reports on the activities of the Transform4Europe Alliance undertaken thus far. It was an excellent opportunity to summarise the progress made and to set further directions for the development of cooperation between partner universities.
It was also another day of full T4EU Week activities, as well as the second day of the Annual Heritage Conference. Among the participants were employees of universities and cultural institutions interested in the subject of heritage, including the Upper Silesian region and various perspectives related to it, the Polish-Czech borderland, and Cieszyn Silesia.
As part of the open events, it was possible to take part in mindfulness workshops and the culinary workshop Grand T4EU Pierogi Competition, which provided a great opportunity for socialising and fun. In the evening, event participants delighted in music during the performance of Carl Orff: Carmina Burana at the Karol Szymanowski Academy of Music in Katowice.
