Vytautas Magnus University in Kaunas, Lithuania, a partner of the Transform4Europe Alliance will host the T4EU Conference entitled ‘Enhancing Professional Excellence: Synergy of Academic and Non-Academic Staff (PROF-SYNERGY)’. The conference takes place on 9 and 10 April 2025. This year’s conference marks a significant evolution as it brings academic and non-academic staff together, aiming to foster a more profound synergy between these groups. The conference’s themes revolve around: digital learning technologies, innovative teaching methods, adaptive skills, lifelong learning competencies and the development of a quality culture.
The conference will feature employees of the University of Silesia in Katowice:

The conference will feature two award ceremonies as well: the T4EU Non-Academic Staff Award and the T4EU Innovative Teaching Award.
