‘Creative Circularity’ Summer Academy will take place from 11-15 August 2025 in the Estonian Academy of Arts in Tallinn. The courses are part of the Transform4Europe Summer School 2025 and are organised as an Erasmus+ Blended Intensive Programme. The Academy will be a good opportunity to engage with experts, develop new skills, and connect with students from across the alliance.

Selected participants will participate in the short-term Erasmus+ mobility for Erasmus+ Blended Intensive Programme (number of days, i.e. 7 x EUR 79 = EUR 553), based on the rules and required complete documents signed by the participants, Erasmus+ faculty coordinators and the deans of the faculties, including: Erasmus+ Blended Intensive Programme learning agreement for studies and application for travel abroad – WS. Preparation and signing the Erasmus+ individual grant agreement will be done after the participants have completed the above-mentioned documents at the University of Silesia International Exchange Office. Due to the financing of travel costs from a separate source by the Transform4Europe Office, transport will be provided by the University of Silesia from project funds. It will be necessary to include this financing in the application for travel abroad – WS, and submit the cost settlement after the mobility. Participation in the short-term Erasmus+ mobility for the Erasmus+ Blended Intensive Programme and the Erasmus+ individual grant will be settled on the basis of confirmation of mobility and the implementation of the Blended Intensive Programme from the organising university (Estonian Academy of Arts) and an individual online survey, provided by each participant.
Based on the scholarship (Erasmus+ individual grant), each participant will independently cover a stay at a hotel/hostel in Tallinn and meals. Transport will be provided by the University of Silesia from project funds.
Selected students will be qualified to participate in the trip on 10-16 August 2025 in one group. It is not possible to shorten or extend the trip or to leave from/return to a different location than the rest of the group.
Flight tickets will be purchased in one batch for the entire group.
