Empowering Higher Education for the Green and Digital Transition

Registration is now open for two new international training programmes developed by the BIKE-HEI consortium in partnership with four European universities: University of Primorska, University of Alicante, Saarland University, and Mariupol State University.

Both courses are certified, delivered in English, and designed to help university staff build the skills needed to lead innovation, sustainability, and resilience in higher education.

For Academic Staff

Strategies for Green Transition and Organisational Resilience

October–November 2025 | Online (4 modules)

Academic staff will explore innovation ecosystems, team management, conflict resolution, sustainable academic events, and strategies for organisational resilience.

For Non-Academic Staff

Empowering Sustainable Workplace Practices: Innovation, Digital Tools, and Green Transition

October–December 2025 | Online (4 modules)

Non-academic staff will gain skills in innovation ecosystems, digital tools for greener workflows, sustainable meeting practices, and strategies to improve workplace resilience.
