ABOUT
The Transform4Europe Alliance is developing a Professional Development Academy for every member of academic and non-academic staff from across the Alliance. Innovative training materials in the form of short online training units (webinars) will be prepared, which will allow fostering of various skills of the Alliance community.

WHAT ARE YOUR BENEFITS?
Trainings are planned to focus on 10 different innovative teaching methods (e.g. entrepreneurial mindset, co-creation, interdisciplinary approach, etc.) and ways of teaching and learning, which will be beneficial for academic staff. The webinar topics will target different local societal needs, significantly improve necessary skills and provide new valuable information for every staff member.
Professional Development trainings guarantee:

- highly-qualified expert lecturers/speakers from different European universities;
- finding tools for improving one’s teaching practice and work;
Participants of the Transform4Europe Professional Development training /webinars will be awarded certificates, which will be recognized alliance-wide.
The training session will be launched in May which will be devoted to professional development for the Transform4Europe Alliance community. The subsequent Professional Development training events will take place in October-November 2022.
