About the event
The Transform4Europe Office at the University of Silesia invites experts involved in implementing Alliance activities to the Transform4Europe – Impact Assessment Workshop, dedicated to assessing and strengthening the impact of initiatives carried out within European University Alliances.
The workshop will provide an opportunity to exchange experiences, discuss methods for measuring impact, and explore good practices related to building lasting social, educational and scientific value through projects implemented in the academic environment.

Workshop facilitators
Dr Igor Campillo
Impact Lead at ENLIGHT, Executive Director of Euskampus Foundation (Spain)
Dr Igor Campillo is the Impact Lead at ENLIGHT, a European University Alliance bringing together ten leading research universities from ten European countries. Within ENLIGHT, he is responsible for developing activities aimed at assessing and strengthening social impact, promoting equitable quality of life, sustainability and global engagement through the transformation of higher education. He also serves as the Executive Director of the Euskampus Foundation.
He holds a PhD in Physics from the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU). He has extensive experience in research project management, innovation, and fostering collaboration between academia, business and public administration. His previous positions include roles at the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU), Gamesa Energy, LABEIN-Tecnalia, the nanoGUNE research centre, the Basque Business Development Agency (SPRI), and as Director of DeustoTech – the Technological Institute of the University of Deusto. He is the co-author of more than 70 scientific publications and three international patents.
Glória Nunes Rodrigues
Project Manager for International Cooperation and ENLIGHT, Euskampus Foundation (Spain)
Glória Nunes Rodrigues is responsible for developing international cooperation at the Euskampus Foundation and is actively involved in implementing the activities of the ENLIGHT European University Alliance. Within the Alliance, she supports initiatives related to building impact, cooperation between partners, and the development of international projects in the fields of education, research and innovation.
She holds a degree in Political Science and International Relations from Universidade NOVA de Lisboa and an International Diploma from the Paris Institute of Political Studies (Sciences Po). She subsequently obtained a Master’s degree in European Policy from the Institute for European Studies at Université Libre de Bruxelles. She gained professional experience in, among others, trade union organisations, the European Parliament’s Committee on Foreign Affairs, and the international cooperation and development sector. She now draws on this experience to build European partnerships and develop initiatives implemented within ENLIGHT.
