We invite all students and employees of the University of Silesia in Katowice to take part in the 2nd edition of Transform4Europe Week, taking place on 24-28 April 2023 at the University of Silesia in Katowice. This year’s theme is a fair transition toward climate neutrality. We would like to focus on various aspects of transformation ahead of post-industrial regions. Undoubtedly, the biggest challenges are those related to environmental protection and rapid climate changes.
Didactic stream
Within the didactic stream, students may choose out of five modules offered by the University of Silesia (20 teaching hours). In order to receive 3 ECTS credits, you have to be present during the introductory lecture and participation in the module ‘Languages for lunch.’
Full list of modules is available in the form.
Open recruitment for USil students at all levels of study (apart from students currently on the Erasmus exchange) lasts until 10 April.
The number of available places: 10. We anticipate creating waiting lists for particular modules. The participants will be selected based on the assessment of applications.
The participants will be provided with dinner each day of the event. The organiser does not provide accommodation.
Research stream
The main goal of the event is to exchange experiences in education and research in law and related fields such as administration, entrepreneurship and business. We would also like to create a possibility for learning about potential areas of cooperation.
The programme is addressed to representatives of faculties/institutes of law – particularly coordinators of internationalisation, Erasmus exchange, external collaboration, and education, as well as all scientific employees interested in mutual collaboration and networking.
