Workshop: Artificial Intelligence, Design and Creative Technologies – 15–17 September 2026

Event description

The workshop brings together three fields: artificial intelligence (AI), computer science, and fine arts and design. Participants will work with generative AI models, learning how to apply them in the creation of high-quality images, video content, and 3D assets.

An integral part of the programme will also include the use of 3D printing technology for the physical realisation of digital projects. The workshop will also cover key theoretical issues related to the development of creative technologies, such as AI ethics, system security, intellectual property law, and privacy concerns.

The programme includes a hands-on practical component (hands-on workshops), a student competition, and a panel discussion with experts from the University of Alicante and the University of Trieste, fostering academic and industry collaboration.
