The Transform4Europe invites BA MA and PhD students to participate in Transform4Europe Week on 5-9 June organised by the University of Trieste (Italy).

The main theme of the event will be „Transborder Europe”. Students will have a chance to take part in courses for the completion of which they will receive certificates.

Detailed information on the didactic courses and cultural activities can be found here. The detailed schedule is available here.

Note: travel costs and board and accommodation will be covered by the budget of the T4EU project. The trip will take place based on a travel order (Work Package request), based on the rules and regulations stipulated in the USil Rector’s Regulation No. 71/2021. Each participant is obliged to submit the statement of expenses incurred to the International Mobility Settlement Office within 14 days from the date of returning from the trip. We recommend that you read all information available on the website dedicated to trips abroad.

The application form for USil students is available at https://formularze.us.edu.pl/form/index/4101.

The number of places is limited. The participants will be selected based on the assessment of applications that are due on 7th May 2023. The students who have not yet participated in T4EU Weeks at partner universities in 2023 are prioritised.

Selected participants will take part in the trip on 4-10.06.2023 as one group. It will not be possible to change the dates of travel or the departure/arrival airport to a different than the rest of the group.

Additionally, assigning students to specific modules will be done based on their faculty in the way, which will ensure their participation in classes on each day of the event (the classes of different modules are delivered for different number of days).

In case you have any questions, please contact the Transform4Europe Office: transform4europe@us.edu.pl.
