We invite you to participate in a one-day seminar dedicated to new solutions, current trends, and practical applications of modern microscopy and tomography techniques, which will take place on September 29 and 30 at our SPIN-Lab facility.
During the event, the latest capabilities in electron microscopy and X-ray microtomography will be presented, along with topics related to sample preparation using ion-based techniques.
The programme includes:
- Lectures on new technologies, solutions, and development trends in SEM, FIB-SEM, EDX X-ray microanalysis, and micro-CT
- Presentations of the analytical capabilities of modern research equipment
- Practical demonstrations and presentations of research techniques
- Topics related to sample preparation using ion polishing methods and the optimization of research procedures
- Opportunities for discussion and exchange of experience with experts
The seminar will provide an opportunity to explore new possibilities for imaging the structure and properties of materials, compare available techniques, and exchange experience in sample preparation and analysis.
