The Landscape Online journal published an article by Dr Anna Żemła-Siesicka concerning changes in the archaeological landscape based on the example of the megalithic landscape of the Wietrzychowice Culture Park (Kujawsko-Pomorskie Province). The results of cartographic and field research covering changes in the structure, physiognomy and functions of the landscape, with particular emphasis on the last 200 years, allowed an identification of the life history of the megalithic landscape in Wietrzychowice. The analysis of changes in the landscape was presented in the form of the author’s graphic model (Model of Archaeological Landscape Analysis). The model complements and extends the methodology of the visualisation of historical landscape changes which is one of the area of research conducted by the Landscape Research Team under the leadership of Prof. Urszula Myga-Piątek.
