When living in Poland it is good to create an account in the e-Tax Office https://urzadskarbowy.gov.pl/
The website allows to handle a number of official matters online, without visiting the tax office. The most important thing you can do through this service is submitting your annual tax declaration. However it also allows, among others:
- to obtain information on tax rates
- to see the history of the paid taxes, submitted tax declaration and paid tickets
- to submit application for a certificate on not being in arrears with tax payments
- to book a visit in the tax office if needed
