People involved in ICSD activities are united by four values: curiosity, knowledge, involvement and excellence.

All scientists who conduct research in the human resource management, or take up research subjects that may contribute to the informed formation of human-friendly workplaces, which help develop organisations such as universities, are invited to cooperate with the ICSD.

The offer of cooperation is also addressed to university management staff and individuals associated with the science and higher education sector, who are interested in searching for and implementing modern solutions to strengthen the potential of university staff and pursue research excellence in the workplace to which the employees will return with pleasure.
