– Head researcher, coordinator, researcher in numerous grants funded by UE, Ministry of Education, and NCBiR realized in partnership with various scientific centers in Poland and educational institutions and organizations working to develop diagnostic methods for pedagogues
– Author and co-author of over 30 specialist standardized diagnostic tools for assessment of various aspects of social functioning of the young generation, commonly used in counseling

Fellowships and study visits
– Two short-term and one long-term visiting fellowships as part of Ministry of Science and Higher Education scholarship at Borys Hrinchenko Kyiv University and for the invitation from Constantine the Philosopher University in Nitra (Slovakia) and the University of Ostrava (Czech Republic). Lectures, seminars and comparative study research in the methodology of professional diagnosis. Project continued in Lithuania as study visits funded by the University of Silesia and scheduled to embrace Scandinavia and Western Europe
