We design chemical substances, such as ingredients for medicines, that could save someone’s life. We create new materials that could be used in the future as implants to help someone walk again. We explore the nature of elementary particles – the smallest building blocks that compose our Universe. We develop software for devices used, for example, in rehabilitation or designing virtual spaces. We are among the best when it comes to the number of patented inventions.
