We are pleased to inform that the representation of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Silesia took part in International Week, organized by Sulkhan-Saba Orbeliani University, Tbilisi, Georgia!
During the session on May 30, 2025, International and European Law, four thematic panels were held: European Integration and Rule of Law; Comparative Constitutional Law and Legal Interpretation; Private Law Studies; Criminal Law Studies, during which representatives of the Faculty of Law and Administration presented:
- prof. Piotr Pinior – “Cross-border Conversion of Companies – Selected Issues”;
- Mateusz Zeifert, PhD – “Special Legislation in Poland, Germany, and Spain. A comparative perspective”.
